Comprehensive Assessment of Distance Learning Modules by Fuzzy AHP-TOPSIS Method

This survey is focussed on distance learning studies, where there can be met a lot of technical obstacles, which creates complications in decision making. To get an ideal solution for these kinds problems, the Fuzzy TOPSIS (Technique Order Preference by Similarities to Ideal Solution) one best solutions. Therefore, this paper presents quality assessment surveys when AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and methods are used. Research results describe application AHP—TOPSIS hybrid method. MCDM (Multi-Criteria Decision Making) programs with MATLAB (R2020b) mathematical package were written calculate evaluation three courses. In practical implementation proposed module methodology, experts’ method was applied. Thirty-four judges chosen specific knowledge skills very different competencies assess alternatives fourteen criteria. Following evaluation, statistical analysis used process data. After applying complex comparative summarize obtained results. work further provides useful guidelines development easily understandable hierarchy criteria model that reflects main goal study assessment.
